TeleWare has many years experience integration to enterprise switched networks using traditional inter-switch protocols such as DPNSS and QSIG.
The platform will support multiple links to multiple, diverse enterprise switched networks and is capable of operation in a mixed vendor environment making the ideal solution for Service Providers wishing to attract enterprise customers with a view to migration to IP whilst maintaining a common application set.
The system supports basic common functions such as call setup, teardown and transfer and is capable of supporting switch specific functions on a node by node basis such as:
- Optimisation Request
- MWI
- Text Name Display
- CLI presentation
- Diversion Override
Calls may also be passed between IP based users and Enterprise Switched Networks, allowing the platform to act as a gateway for inter-network calls.
