Web Admin
Web Admin provides a web based HTML interface for the administration of TeleWare applications. The application uses a Java Applet to connect to the platform’s database. This enable the system manager to access the applications effectively and efficiently. Web Admin is used by a service provider to make changes to or add new user account.
It provide more detailed information about applications in use by the different tenancies on a platform. Web Admin is used in conjunction with other platform administration tools to provide a complete administration package.
Service Manager
Service Manager provides service providers with an administration tool for resellers and customer administrator to manage the information about their tenancy. It is provides full multi tenanted access to add and remove users, IP extensions and DDI numbers.
For a service provide it allows the reseller and customer to take responsibility for self administration of every day management. The interface is web based and uses Java Applets to access the underlying TeleWare database without requiring detail knowledge of the data base structure. It can also be used to provide some statistical reporting as well as tenancy and user reports. Service Manager is used in conjunction with other platform tools to provide a complete administration package.
iX Admin
iX Admin provides service partners access to the Class 5 feature server at the core of a service provider platform. It allows the service provider to administer the iX component of the platform. The iX is SIP based and the administration package allows the various SIP components parameters to be set and altered. Some of these features will be set on a system wide basis and some will be specific to different tenancies. iX Admin is used in conjunction with other platform tools to provide a complete administration package.
